Mari Arthur - Partner at Afallen LLP

Mari was the Director of Cynnal Cymru - Sustain Wales until 2020, and is currently a Partner at Afallen LLP, working with organisations and businesses across Wales to deliver the Well-being of Future Generations Act.

Mari specialises in supporting companies with sustainability and environmental plans and working practices, focusing on customers in vulnerable situations and wider citizen engagement. Mari was the Chair of Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water’s Independent Environmental Advisory Panel until January 2022, is a member of their Customer Engagement Group as well as Western Power Distribution’s Customer Group.

Mari is also a Trustee at Warm Wales and Carmarthenshire Energy, a school governor at Ysgol Gyfun y Strade Llanelli, working to make Wales a more sustainable nation, by supporting communities with a bottom-up approach to inclusion on wider environmental and economic issues.
