Nature's network is growing across our sites

Our Sustainability team has been working with EMs to install a range of habitats designed to support local wildlife, helping to boost biodiversity around our sites. From bug hotels and bird boxes to bat boxes, swift boxes and even hedgehog highways, these small changes can make a big difference for nature.

You can now find habitats at:

Treforest

  • 1 bug hotel
  • 2 bird boxes
  • 1 bat box

Panteg

  • 1 bug hotel
  • 2 bird boxes
  • 1 bat box
  • 1 swift box
  • 1 frog log
  • Hedgehog highways

Bristol

  • 1 bug hotel
  • 1 bird box
  • 3 insect hotels

Celtic Springs

  • 3 bug hotels
  • 3 bird boxes
  • 1 bat box

A swift box will also be installed alongside upcoming roofing works.

The installations are already proving to be a great talking point. Each habitat has a QR code nearby that links to further information about the species it supports and how the habitat helps local wildlife thrive.
